Nordex Group is seeking an Engineer Wind Farm IIoT to translate wind-farm operation needs into structured SCADA/IIoT requirements and define technical specs. You will bridge operations, support and engineering, ensuring traceability and robust configurations across sites.

You will validate, test and deploy SCADA features, identify improvement opportunities, and provide advanced 3rd‑level support. Strong English and willingness to travel are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SCADA/IIoT or industrial IT/OT environments.
• Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Product Ownership or Technical Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, RTUs/RTACs, protocols, Linux/Windows and WinCC.

• Gather and analyze needs from wind farm operations and translate into clear SCADA/IIoT requirements.
• Define, refine and validate technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, incidents, configurations and solutions.
• Support validation, testing and deployment of SCADA features and updates.
• Identify recurring issues and drive standardization and continuous improvement across wind farms.
• Provide 3rd-level support for SCADA/IIoT applications and assist lower support levels.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing with international teams.
