The Nordex Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist OT to support the Service Department in Spain. You will help remotely with installation, configuration, and maintenance of wind turbine OT and IT systems, ensuring uptime and security across our fleet.

We value a Bachelor's in IT, 3+ years in SCADA, SQL and protocol experience, and a willingness to travel. The role offers international collaboration and a path to contribute to sustainable wind energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SCADA and network environments.
• Experience with SQL and communication protocols.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise to support remotely field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for wind turbine control and OT systems.
• Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of wind turbine OT components.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/service issues and outages.
• Develop and document technical solutions and communicate measures to requestors.
