Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and improve backend IT systems for wind farm deployment.
• Automate system administration tasks to optimize performance and security.
• Proactively mitigate security risks through monitoring and assessments.
• Monitor TLS certificates, storage capacity, and system availability.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
• Develop concepts for infrastructure hardening and scalability.
• Provide lab support for development and testing environments.

Skills

Linux expertise (Debian, Ubuntu, Proxmox)

Automation and scripting (Ansible, Bash, Python)

Containerization technologies (Docker, LXD)

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Ansible)

Monitoring, logging, and observability tools

CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab, GitHub)

Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure Portal & DevOps)

Cloud-Init and provisioning tools

Software architecture for system reliability

Familiarity with MinIO, Apache, Nginx

Fluent English

German and Spanish language skills
