Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support remotely field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for wind turbine OT.
• Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of wind turbine OT components and their parametrization (PCMS).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/service issues and respond to outages.
• Develop and document technical solutions and communicate measures to the requestor.
