GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead to supervise offshore wind assets from a remote operations center in Barcelona. You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve complex issues ensuring safe, efficient turbine performance.

You will monitor performance, support commissioning and service activities, and contribute to process improvements. Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting.
• Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
