GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona. You will monitor offshore wind assets, analyze alarms, and guide commissioning and service activities from a centralized hub, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You’ll work with site teams and engineers to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and report findings. The role requires hands-on wind energy experience, fluent English, willingness to relocate to Barcelona, and availability for rotating

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
