FH Collective Academy is hiring multilingual Account Executives for our Madrid, Spain office. You will build new business relationships, manage a pipeline, and close deals with clients across Europe in multiple languages.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, a permanent contract, and a hybrid working model. You should be based in Spain and fluent in at least one of the listed languages and English.

Qualifications

• C2 proficiency or bilingual in one of the listed languages.
• Professional English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Candidates must already be based in Spain.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• KPI-driven sales environment.
