Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Madrid is hiring multilingual Account Executives to grow our international sales team. You will drive new business, nurture long-term client relationships, and work across language markets including German, English (US), Dutch, Polish and Czech.

We offer a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus uncapped commission, a permanent contract, a hybrid working model, onboarding and training, career progression, Fridays off and 22 annual leave days.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, or Business Development.
• C2 proficiency or bilingual in at least one listed language.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Based in Spain.
