FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking multilingual Account Executives to grow our international technology client base. You will develop relationships, qualify opportunities and close deals across multiple language markets from our Madrid office.

The role requires 1–6 years in Sales, BDR, SDR or Business Development, with proficiency in at least one listed language and strong English. This is a hybrid role with onboarding and clear progression opportunities.

• Proficient in at least one of the listed languages (C2 or bilingual).
• Professional English proficiency required.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles in a KPI-driven environment.

• Candidates must already be based in Spain
