Technogym in Barcelona is seeking a creative Wellness Design Specialist to shape premium wellness spaces for client projects worldwide. You will design and coordinate interior solutions, ensuring spaces reflect clients' visions and Technogym’s high design standards.

From concept to on-site supervision, you will produce 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and meaningful user experiences, collaborating with architects, consultants, and partners across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or wellness/hospitality projects.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Experience working on client‑facing design projects in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 2D/3D visualization tools.

• Design wellness and fitness spaces for customers according to Technogym Wellness Design principles.
• Develop creative interior concepts and customized spatial solutions tailored to each project.
• Produce high-quality 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with customers, architects, consultants, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation phase through site visits and coordination activities to ensure consistency between concept and execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Wellness Design service, enhancing both quality and customer satisfaction.
• Create layouts that optimize flow, functionality, and the end-user wellness experience.
• Strengthen the perception of Technogym as a premium partner in wellness space design.

At Technogym, we help our customers transform fitness and wellness spaces into inspiring experiences. From luxury hotels and residential projects to corporate gyms and premium fitness clubs, our Wellness Design team supports customers in creating environments that combine functionality, aesthetics, and wellbeing.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wellness Design Specialist in Barcelona to work directly with customers, architects, and partners on the development of tailor‑made wellness spaces. In this role, you will design and coordinate interior solutions for customers projects, ensuring that every space reflects both the customer’s vision and Technogym’s premium design standards.

From concept creation to on‑site supervision, you will play a key role in bringing wellness environments to life through impactful 2D and 3D layouts and a strong focus on user experience.

About You

You are passionate about architecture, interior design, and experiential spaces. You enjoy working on diverse client projects and combining creativity with technical precision to deliver spaces that make an impact.

You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or wellness/hospitality projects.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Experience working on client‑facing design projects in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 2D/3D visualization tools.
• Experience with PCon Planner; knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS Max is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for premium design.
