Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives to drive growth across Europe in Industrial and Municipal verticals.
• Identify and execute new opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
• Develop and implement go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies for regional needs.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis considering customer needs, competitors, and EU regulations.
• Forecast demand for rental assets and new capital sales products.
• Support product strategy, pricing, launches, and integrated solutions.
• Design customized solutions for specific vertical markets and ensure value.
• Develop and strengthen distribution channels and third-party partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and regional teams to target, propose, price, negotiate and close deals for rental and capital sales.
• Maintain the European opportunity funnel with accurate pipeline visibility.
• Generate dashboards and KPI reports to monitor performance and win rates.
