Jobtailor is seeking a Warranty Manager to oversee warranty programs for BS New Projects in Spain and Italy. You will ensure top-tier customer service, track warranty claims, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.

The role requires an engineering background, experience in warranty management, and strong process, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish or Italian and English is essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in warranty management in industrial/technical environments.
• Strong process orientation to standardize and improve workflows.
• Problem-solving and analytical approach with structured thinking.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service orientation and focus on quality execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
