Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to coach a customer advisory group of about ten specialists in Barcelona. You will set performance targets, monitor progress and drive skill development through regular reviews and feedback.

You will oversee project performance, manage incidents, and ensure adherence to procedures while actively engaging stakeholders to deliver value within the project scope. Fluency in French plus English and/or Spanish is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Proven telesales expertise.
• French + English and/or Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of approximately ten customer advisors.
• Analyze results, set targets and monitor performance.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage production-related actions.
