Alstom is seeking a Warranty Supplier Performance professional for the Railway Sector, based in Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda, Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on ensuring warranty requirements are correctly contracted and followed up with external suppliers, across procurement and project teams.

The ideal candidate will analyze supplier commitments, coordinate with procurement, and negotiate back-to-back with customer requirements, while driving continuous improvement in costs and warranty

Formación

• Graduate in Economy, Finance, Engineering or related.
• Spanish (native) and English (intermediate or advanced level).
• Other languages: French (appreciated).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer requirements regarding supplier for warranty activities (spare, tools, consignment, etc.).
• Support Project Warranty Manager to contribute on customer requirements analysis regarding warranty supplier commitments.
• Prepare any relevant documentation to reflect customer and internal warranty requirements and coordinate with procurement for integration into supplier contracts.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Support back-charging process with relevant warranty documentation.
• Support Project Supplier Quality Manager for actions against a supplier.
• Develop continuous improvement for costs traceability and supplier chargeback awareness.
• Contribute to claims and negotiations with external suppliers regarding warranty activities.
