GE Vernova seeks a European Warranty Leader to head the regional team within Gas Power Services. This role drives end-to-end resolution of complex warranty claims across the European fleet, shaping regional strategy and building high-performing teams.

You will apply Lean principles to improve workflows, monitor cost control, and collaborate with commercial, project management, and engineering teams to feed insights into bids and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a heavy industry or services environment.
• Strong data analytics and cost-control capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Warranty Engineers across the regional portfolio.
• Implement and refine the regional warranty framework with standard work and cost controls.
• Apply Lean principles to improve workflows, reduce waste, and standardize processes across operations.
• Lead high-level technical reviews and deep-dive warranty trend analyses to drive action.
• Collaborate with commercial, project management, and engineering teams to inform bids with operational learnings.
• Provide senior leadership with data-driven updates on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
