JD Logistics, la división de JD.com, busca un supervisor de turno para dirigir las operaciones de outbound: agrupación de pedidos, picking, packing, wall-sorting y staging, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos de salida.

El candidato liderará jefes de turno y operadores, optimizando el flujo de trabajo en un entorno 24/7 y garantizando seguridad y calidad en cada proceso.

Formación

• Experiencia supervisando líneas de picking/packing en entornos de alto volumen.
• Conocimiento práctico de sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS).
• Dominio del español e inglés para comunicación internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar operaciones de outbound y la fluidez entre picking, packing y staging.
• Gestión de recursos y programación de turnos para optimizar UPH y throughput.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de seguridad laboral y normas de calidad.
• Cooperar con despachos/dock para cumplir con ventanas de salida de vehículos.

The Mission & Core Scope

• The Mission: Supervise daily outbound shift operations (order batching, picking, packing, wall-sorting, and staging), ensuring all customer orders are processed with maximum speed and accuracy to hit strict courier departure deadlines.
• The Scope: You will directly lead outbound shift Team Leaders and fulfillment operators, managing real-time labor reallocation across picking and packing cells, clearing physical flow bottlenecks, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Outbound SLA & UPH Throughput: Manage shift execution to consistently hit or exceed corporate targets for units-per-hour (UPH) picking, packing efficiency, and parcel sortation.
• Quality & Defect Elimination: Maintain near-zero packing error, mislabeling, and shipping discrepancy rates through active floor coaching and real-time process auditing.
• Floor Leadership & Safety: Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture (PRL) and high team morale across all outbound aisles.
• Carrier Cut-Off Compliance: Coordinate closely with dock dispatchers to guarantee 100% of prioritized order batches are completely packed, containerized, and staged before strict vehicle departure windows close.

Position Requirements

• Outbound & High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising picking, packing, and sorting lines within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, fast-paced 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
• Systems & Automation Literacy: Strong, hands‑on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), pick‑to‑light/put‑to‑wall systems, RF barcode scanners, and automated sorting conveyor arrays.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear reporting to international managers and fluent direction of local floor staff.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
