JD Logistics busca un supervisor de logística de inbound en Madrid para supervisar las operaciones diarias de recepción, inspección y estiba, asegurando precisión de datos y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad. Liderarás a los equipos de turno, optimizando la asignación de muelles y la ejecución segura de las tareas.

Se requiere experiencia en entornos de alto volumen, dominio de WMS y fluidez en inglés y español para alinear operaciones a nivel internacional y dirigir al personal en planta.

Formación

• Experiencia supervisando muelle de recepción y acomodo en entornos de alto volumen.
• Dominio de WMS, software de paletización y escáner RF.
• Competencia en inglés y español a nivel profesional.
• Capacidad para gestionar turnos y seguridad en almacenes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar las operaciones de recepción y asignación de muelles diarias.
• Garantizar el registro exacto de inventario y la clasificación.
• Liderar líderes de turno y operadores, cuidando seguridad y moral.
• Colaborar con equipos para optimizar el espacio de estiba.

The Mission & Core Scope

• The Mission: Supervise daily inbound shift operations (dock receiving, quality inspection, sorting, and high-density stowing), ensuring inventory is captured with 100% data accuracy and made available for customer orders instantly.
• The Scope: You will directly lead inbound shift Team Leaders and operators, managing real-time receiving bay allocation, resolving physical and system dock bottlenecks, and maintaining strict compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Dock-to-Stock SLA Execution: Manage shift operations to consistently hit or exceed target metrics for trailer unloading, item registration, and high-bay stowing, keeping dock congestion to zero.
• Receiving Quality & Defect Control: Enforce strict intake inspection standards, ensuring supplier discrepancies, quantity mismatches, damaged packaging, or unreadable barcodes are immediately logged and isolated.
• Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage shift scheduling, driver dock handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL).
• Stowing Space Optimization: Partner closely with inventory control teams to ensure inbound stock is stowed in full compliance with automated picking profiles, maximizing spatial density across the facility.

Position Requirements

• Inbound & High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising receiving docks, container devanning, and stowing operations within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
• Systems & WMS Literacy: Strong, hands-on experience utilizing advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), pallet-tracking software, RF scanners, and dock scheduling applications.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
