TD SYNNEX in Spain seeks a warehouse operative to ensure efficient stock handling and accurate order processing. You will perform goods receipt, put away, and pick/pack duties, while supporting inventory checks and safe operations across the site.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to train or assist new colleagues. Forklift duties may be required, with safety checks and a clean, compliant work environment emphasized.

• Raise safety concerns and report incidents; assist in training new colleagues.
• Provide cover for absent colleagues and refresh processes as needed.
• Undertake forklift duties when required with daily safety checks.

Job Purpose

Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high quality service to all customers.

Responsibilities

Perform core operational tasks such as goods receipt, put away, pick and pack customer orders in alignment with established company processes and SSW documentation (Safe System of Work); Assist with regular and ad hoc site activities such as full inventory checks, system development and implementation; Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures, hygiene legislation and health and safety guidelines; Provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers; Work with colleagues to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, and complies with company and legislative standards at all times; Take reasonable care of both your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, ensuring all company safety and quality systems are followed and all relevant legislation complied with, raising concerns and reporting any incidents or suggestions to your line manager; Support and assist newly appointed or less experienced colleagues by providing training and guidance as appropriate; Provide cover for absent colleagues as and when required, and regularly refresh on processes to ensure this can be achieved effectively; Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business; Undertake forklift truck duties as required, ensuring daily safety checks are conducted thoroughly and company warehouse guidelines observed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Duties involve regular repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting.
