TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to drive AWS-related growth in Poland, engaging customers and partners to generate qualified opportunities.

You will execute outbound prospecting, nurture leads, advance opportunities through AWS processes, and maintain a high standard of CRM data.

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting AWS business growth across the Polish Market. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customer opportunities.


• Execute outbound prospecting activities, including calls, email outreach, and lead nurturing.


• Develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into validated sales opportunities.


• Support opportunity qualification and progression through established AWS processes.


• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.


• Support demand generation initiatives and business development activities.


• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and local sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer interactions effectively.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to opportunity generation, pipeline creation, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both Polish and English is required for the role.


• Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, inside sales, or account management.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Strong customer engagement and prospecting abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.


• Strong organization and time management capabilities.


• Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools.


• IT industry knowledge is a plus — but passion and drive matter most.


• Additional European languages are highly desirable.
