TD SYNNEX is seeking a pre/post sales specialist to support the Sales Floor in Barcelona, becoming a centre of excellence for a product group. You will develop product knowledge and provide complete solutions while delivering outstanding service.

You will focus on technology groups/accounts to drive revenue, manage inquiries, support pricing and promotions, and collaborate with Marketing and Business managers on marketing materials. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Formación

• Highly numerate and organised with strong prioritisation abilities.
• Experience with MS Word and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Solid product/technology portfolio knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Development and regular maintenance of the TD SYNNEX intranet site to ensure an effective first port of call for the Sales Floor.
• Develop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions.
• Ability to prioritise and resolve customer care issues.
• Communicate product information and pricing, special offers and promotions.
• Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce tools.
• Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Manager on the creation and validation of marketing materials.

Job Purpose
