TD SYNNEX is offering an Accounts Payable Trainee internship at our Barcelona site. You will learn invoice review, data entry for invoices and G/L data, and vendor account management in a multinational environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and SAP, with English and Spanish fluency preferred to support our diverse team and global processes.

Formación

• Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
• Technical Skills: Excel and SAP.

• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (high plus).

About Us

What You Will Learn

• Invoice Review and Processing: Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Vendor Account Management: Vendor account creation and maintenance.
• Dispute Management: Dispute tracking, query resolution, and credit note handling. Upload provider’s invoices and credit notes.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
• Technical Skills: Other Education / Certifications: in Excel and SAP.
• Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (high plus), both written and verbal.
