Santander in the United States is seeking a Vice President Transaction Manager for SCIB Lending to lead end-to-end execution of leveraged and structured finance transactions, from pre-approval to close, booking, funding and lifecycle handoff.

You will coordinate closings, monitor conditions, and partner with Front Office, Legal, Credit, Compliance and Operations to ensure accurate documentation, KYC/AML evidence, and timely escalations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending execution, with preferred experience in Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance.
• Experience with KYC/AML, booking, funding and operational handoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, syndicated and amendments from post-approval to close.
• Maintain closing checklists, track conditions, and monitor documentation status.
• Partner with Front Office, Legal, Credit, Compliance, Capital Markets, Treasury and Operations to ensure readiness.
• Support training of new joiners on closing workflow and controls.
• Maintain accurate execution records and respond to audit or regulatory requests.
