Job summary

Sales Layer in Valencia, Spain, seeks a VP of Product to own the platform's vision, roadmap and prioritisation. You will report directly to the CEO and join the executive leadership team, guiding Product and Design with the development leaders.

Together you will drive a scalable enterprise product across AI features and integrations. You will lead the evolution of our API ecosystem, write PRDs, and ensure alignment with business goals, pricing and margins while engaging with international

Qualifications

APIs and integrations—foundation of what we build.
Architectural concepts that affect product decisions.
At least 8 years in software product roles, incl. 3+ years leading a product team.
Experience delivering B2B products to large enterprises with complex integrations.
Sound business judgement and understanding of revenue, retention and pricing.
Experience applying AI to product strategy and decisions.
UX/UI judgement to review designs and prototypes.
Fluent English (C1+) for international stakeholders, plus Spanish.

Responsibilities

Define and defend the product vision and roadmap before the executive leadership team and the board.
Decide what gets built, what gets put on hold and what changes direction with clear criteria.
Connect product decisions to the business: segments, pricing, margins, competitive positioning.
Lead the evolution of our AI product offering.
Write or oversee PRDs and align feasibility, scope and cost with Technology.
Lead Product and UX/UI Design teams and coordinate with development teams.
Oversee API lifecycle and ecosystem integrations and applications.
Make data-driven decisions by analyzing platform usage and customer feedback.
Meet with international customers and partners, representing the product externally.
Work with Marketing and Sales on positioning and launches.
Maintain updates with the CEO on progress, decisions, risks and support needs.
