Job summary

Sales Layer Valencia seeks a VP of Product to own the platform’s vision, roadmap and prioritisation. You will report to the CEO and join the executive leadership team, leading Product and Design with around 25 people and guiding priorities without micromanaging implementation details.

You will build on an AI-enabled product foundation, define decisions, align with business metrics, manage PRDs, oversee APIs and integrations, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales on launches while updating the

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software product roles, including 3+ years leading a product team.
• Experience delivering B2B software for large enterprises with integrations.
• Strong business judgment and P&L understanding.
• Experience applying AI to product strategy.
• Ability to review prototypes in Figma and guide design.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish for international stakeholders.
• Know-how to document decisions and progress for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend the product vision and roadmap to the exec team.
• Decide what to build, hold or pivot using clear criteria.
• Align product decisions with business growth, pricing and margins.
• Lead AI product evolution and integrations ecosystem.
• Write or oversee PRDs with the Tech team.
• Lead Product and UX/UI Design teams and coordinate with Devs.
• Oversee API lifecycle and partner integrations.
• Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Represent the product to international customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on launches.
• Maintain updates with the CEO on progress, risks, support needed.
