Job summary

MEDvidi is seeking a VP of Product to lead our product and engineering organization. You will own PM, Engineering, Design, Data, and PMM, overseeing a large cross-functional team across Core and AI Clinic tracks.

You will drive a strategic AI-first roadmap, balance hands-on product development with leadership, and report directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact, remote-first leadership role guiding clinical tech and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in product management with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience leading organizations including design, data and engineering.
• Hands-on with AI-driven product development, including practical AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy for MEDvidi.
• Lead and manage the full product and engineering organization across tracks.
• Set high bar for quality and execution speed across teams.
• Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the exec level.
• Resolve blockers through day-to-day engagement with teams.
• Improve product and engineering culture and processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and CEO on company initiatives.
