Job summary

Tucuvi, a clinical AI care platform, is seeking a Director of Product to own and elevate the product organization. This senior leadership role combines people management, product operating discipline, deep customer understanding, and go-to-market alignment.

You will lead a distributed product team, shape the strategy, and ensure value delivery for clinicians, care managers, and health systems across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with team leadership.
• End-to-end ownership of product areas.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities.
• Experience in regulated clinical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, feedback culture.
• Own product strategy and roadmap across cycles.
• Own shaping, betting table, and cycle discipline within Shape Up.
• Discovery and customer value: structured loops with Customer Success and direct user exposure; measure value.
• Internal alignment and sales enablement; market communication and cross-functional representation.
