Job summary

BIORCE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery within our AI-native clinical development platform. In a fast-moving, high-growth environment, you will drive discovery, strategy, execution, launch, and continuous improvement with Engineering, Design, Data, and Scientific teams.

The role emphasizes an AI-first approach and leveraging tools like Claude Code to accelerate product discovery and delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management, ideally in fast-growing tech/SaaS/AI
• Owns complex software products from concept to launch
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
• Manages roadmaps, backlogs, and technical specs
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder mgmt
• Understanding of modern software dev and agile delivery
• Comfort with AI tools in product workflows
• Exceptional ownership mentality and independent work style
• Outstanding academic record and intellectual curiosity
• Fluent English in written and spoken form

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Define requirements, specs, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Scientific teams to deliver value.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate discovery, specification, and delivery.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into product improvements.
