MEDvidi is seeking a Senior Backend (NodeJS) Engineer to lead AI automation integrations within our telemedicine platform, designing and scaling backend systems that connect our core product with AI services for thousands of patients and providers.

You will work at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI, building production-grade automation—from multi-agent orchestration to RAG pipelines—while collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend Node.js experience in SaaS.
• Experience with scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Hands-on with LLM integration in production.
• Strong observability, tracing, and API reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Design backend architecture for AI-powered automation.
• Integrate and scale LLM-based features.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure observability with Grafana and OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams.
