Metis Search is partnering with a leading global investment bank to add to its Energy & Renewables team in Madrid at VP or Senior Associate level. The role offers meaningful responsibility, senior exposure, and ownership on high-profile transactions from day one.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in M&A with strong modelling/valuation skills, Spanish fluency, and exposure to energy or infrastructure sectors. Madrid-based, on-site role with a collaborative environment and room to grow.

Formación

• 7+ years experience in M&A from investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Open to 4-5 years experience for Senior Associate level.
• Some exposure to the Energy sector or Infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within Energy & Renewables.
• Produce financial models and valuations (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Prepare client materials and information memoranda.
• Develop relationships with management teams, advisers and investors.
• Manage due diligence with external advisers to assess risks and value drivers.
• Work on strategic advisory and transaction execution with multiple workstreams.
