Banco Santander SA is looking for a motivated M&A Analyst to join their Energy team in Madrid. In this role, you will engage in building detailed financial models and supporting live transaction execution in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, fluency in both English and Spanish, and advanced skills in financial modelling and valuation.

Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM / IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment.
• Strong execution experience on live transactions managing multiple workstreams under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Building and reviewing detailed financial models including DCF and valuation frameworks.
• Preparing high-quality client materials including pitch books and presentations.
• Supporting live transaction execution across M&A and IPO processes.
