Exus Renewables is seeking an experienced Structuring & Execution Manager to join our Investments team. You will lead the evaluation and execution of international investment opportunities, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to close complex transactions from origination through integration.

Ideal candidates have strong M&A, investment banking or corporate finance backgrounds, advanced financial modelling, and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or related environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics or Engineering.
• Master's in Finance or Investments is an advantage.
• Experience leading complex transaction processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across teams.
• Build robust investment cases with financial and strategic rationale.
• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence with internal and external advisers.
• Prepare materials and recommendations for Investment Committee.
• Support negotiations and terms alignment with the investment strategy.
• Manage transaction execution through to financial close.
• Oversee transition and integration of acquired assets.
