Qualitas Energy is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Iberian Investment team in Madrid, contributing to identification, analysis, execution and monitoring of opportunities tied to energy transition. The role requires 3+ years in investment banking, PE, infra, or similar, with strong financial modelling and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Formación
- 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, M&A, project finance, or related advisory.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills including valuation, returns analysis, and financing structures.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
Responsabilidades
- Analyze new investment opportunities including markets, assets, and contracts.
- Prepare financial models, valuations, business plans, and investment materials.
- Support transaction execution including due diligence and coordination with advisors.
- Monitor portfolio assets with performance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with development, financing, asset management, operations, and energy management teams.
