Formación

• 10+ years in hotel development, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret market trends and drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Approximately 50% travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Market insight and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead deal negotiation and execution with hotel owners.
• Engage stakeholders including real estate developers and owners.
• Explore new owner opportunities aligned with Hyatt growth.
• Collaborate with Global Growth and other Hyatt functions.
• Lead and mentor development teams and maintain owner relations.
• Serve as primary liaison for hotel owners and address needs promptly.
• Coordinate issue resolution and guidance on branding and compliance.
• Mediating disputes between owners and corporate management.
• Network at hospitality events and conduct performance reviews with owners.
• Align local strategy with corporate objectives.
