Arabella Hospitality SE is seeking an Hotel Development Analyst to support evaluation and development of new hotel opportunities across Europe. You will collaborate with the Head of Development and Spain’s Development Manager on business analysis, feasibility studies and strategic development projects.

The role offers responsibilities across Europe, including site analyses, market assessments and high-quality presentations, with a focus on growth and international collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a consulting environment, hotel finance, hotel revenue management or similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical skills and advanced Excel.
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented and detail-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills and excellent communication.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages a plus.
• Willing to work from Palma de Mallorca or remotely from Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business cases, analyses, statistics and management reports.
• Conduct site analyses, market assessments and feasibility studies across Europe.
• Prepare project presentations and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support negotiations of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs).
• Assist with project planning, development and management activities.
• Communicate with national and international real estate developers, brokers, investors, consultants and franchisors.
• Contribute to strategic development and expansion across the European portfolio.
