Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Development to drive Hyatt Inclusive Collection growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will source opportunities, negotiate management and commercialization agreements, and guide deals from identification through execution.

You will work with cross-functional teams, assess financials, and cultivate relationships with owners, developers, and lenders to support Hyatt's strategic expansion across the EAME region.

Formación

• Five+ years in hotel management or hospitality real estate transactions.
• Experience in hotel development, asset management, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

• Lead expansion strategy for Hyatt Inclusive Collection across the EAME region.
• Source, negotiate, and execute long-term hotel management and commercialization agreements.
• Build and maintain a network of owners, investors, and partners.
