Bob W is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead the expansion of our aparthotel portfolio across Southern Europe and beyond. You will own new property deliveries from lease signing through to opening, coordinating landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate technical lease details and safeguard timelines.

This high‑impact, cross‑functional role requires managing budgets, CAPEX planning, and ensuring builds align with Bob W’s brand standards and guest experience goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial construction.
• Experience in lease reviews, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, safety codes, and commissioning.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google / Tableau and reporting.
• Fluent in English; second European language a plus; EU work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and track construction and renovation projects across Europe from lease signing to opening.
• Collaborate with landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines and budgets.
• Review lease annexes, provide technical input, and support CAPEX planning.
• Coordinate site visits and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building standards.
• Manage FFE/OSE delivery, construction closeouts, and building commissioning.
• Draft scopes of work, appoint consultants, and participate in vendor selection.
• Travel frequently (≈70%) for on-site project oversight.
