DWS Group is seeking a/Data Integration Lead, Vice President to shape and drive the enterprise data integration architecture in a hybrid, globally integrated setup. You will lead cloud-native and on-premise integration efforts, steer real-time data processing, and collaborate across engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable data flows.

This role demands senior leadership and hands-on guidance across complex data platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years of data integration or architecture experience at senior level.
• Strong practical understanding of Google Cloud Platform data services.
• Experience with streaming data pipelines and data movement platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the enterprise data integration architecture and roadmap.
• Lead architectural decisions for data integration scenarios (real-time, batch, API-led).
• Establish standards and patterns for data ingestion, transformation and distribution.
• Drive migration from legacy ETL to cloud-native integration services.
• Provide governance and design assurance across major initiatives.
• Lead real-time data processing designs, streaming pipelines and event-driven services.
• Oversee reliable, scalable, observable data feeds across data domains.
• Offer hands-on leadership for design reviews, POC work and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineers, platform owners and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Mentor teams and promote DevOps, CI/CD and observability practices.
• Own technology risk, controls and operational stability for integration solutions.
• Provide updates and leadership input on integration strategy and progress.
