Data Integration Lead, Vice President at DWS Group in Madrid is a senior engineering role overseeing the enterprise data integration architecture across cloud-native, hybrid, SaaS, and on-premise landscapes. Formación

• 10+ years' experience in data integration, ETL, enterprise data engineering or integration architecture.
• Strong practical understanding of Google Cloud Platform services relevant to data engineering and integration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and data movement platforms.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering streaming data pipelines.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, API-led integration and microservices data exchange.
• Engineering capability in at least one modern language (preferably Python).
• Knowledge of data modelling, metadata management and data quality concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the enterprise data integration architecture and roadmap across cloud-native, hybrid, SaaS and on-premise ecosystems.
• Lead architectural decisions for integration scenarios (GCP-to-GCP, on-premise, API-led, real-time, CDC).
• Establish standards and patterns for data ingestion, transformation and distribution.
• Drive modernization from legacy ETL to cloud-native integration services with pragmatic migration choices.
• Provide governance and design assurance across initiatives; mentor engineering teams.
• Lead real-time data processing solutions and streaming pipelines; ensure reliability and observability.
