Job summary

Lever, Inc. based in Spain, is hiring a VP Fund Management to spearhead the creation, launch, and growth of an institutional Bitcoin-denominated investment fund.

You will own the investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk framework, investor relations, and regulatory governance from inception in a remote-first environment. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in asset management, credit, or trading with direct P&L responsibility as a senior professional.
• Demonstrated track record managing a regulated investment fund or institutional mandate, ideally with substantial AUM.
• Deep knowledge of Bitcoin markets, BTC-collateralized lending, derivatives, and DeFi investment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define the fund's investment strategy and asset allocation with board alignment.
• Build and manage a BTC-focused portfolio across lending, market-neutral, and yield strategies.
• Lead due diligence on counterparties, custodians, and trading venues.
