Fundcraft in Luxembourg seeks an Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and migration of venture capital funds onto the Fundcraft platform. You will own multiple mandates, build project plans, and coordinate timelines across clients, operations and data migration teams.

You will review data migrated from previous administrators, ensure data conformity, and guide the onboarding team. The role requires fund industry knowledge, regulatory awareness, and strong communication with

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, transfer agency, client onboarding or a related role within the asset management/private capital industry.
• Solid understanding of private capital fund structures and venture capital lifecycle.
• Familiarity with fund accounting concepts and regulatory frameworks relevant to Luxembourg.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding and migration mandates from kick-off through go-live.
• Build, monitor and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables across workstreams.
• Coordinate between clients, operations and data migration teams to keep migrations on schedule.
• Flag risks or blockers to timelines and escalate with recommended actions.
• Act as a trusted contact for clients, managing expectations and communications.
• Set up and maintain funds' static data on the platform ensuring accuracy and conformity.
• Support and perform first-level checks and reconciliation of migrated data.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and provide visibility to stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure an auditable migration trail.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and quality review to onboarding team members.
