ING MAD Madrid is seeking a Voice Interactions Expert acting as Product Owner to drive the design and evolution of voice journeys, translating business needs into scalable, compliant solutions. The role focuses on MVPs, backlog governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivering customer value with strong IT collaboration.

You will work with business and IT teams to ensure excellent customer experience, measurable business impact, and regulatory compliance while reporting to a Business Lead.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as customer journey expert or service designer with voice UI and NLP tools such as IVR and voicebots.
• Experience with voice or chat assistants and data-driven decision support.
• Experience with IT delivery backlog management.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of voice interaction journeys to deliver customer value.
• Define MVPs, manage squad backlog and align stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high customer experience.
• Translate business needs into delivery requirements and user stories.
