Job summary

Jobgether is looking for a VIP Relationship Manager for Emerging Markets in Spain. This position focuses on managing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional traders across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in relationship management, strong knowledge of crypto trading products, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

The role demands collaboration with internal teams to resolve client needs and drive strategic development in a rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or fintech.
• Strong track record with high-value client portfolios impacting revenue.
• Understanding of crypto trading products and financial markets in Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients.
• Lead onboarding and retention activities for high-value clients.
• Drive revenue through increased trading volume.
• Develop strategies for client engagement in specific regions.
• Act as liaison coordinating with internal teams.
