Job summary

DFG (Dynamic Fintech Group LLC) seeks a Crypto Risk & Portfolio Specialist to analyze digital asset portfolios, assess market and liquidity risks, and support portfolio strategy through research and quantitative analysis. This role is remote from Spain, offering opportunities to contribute to risk strategy within an international fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, risk, or crypto markets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction and risk management principles.
• Experience analyzing volatility, liquidity, and market exposure.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics and DeFi is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Remote working opportunity from Spain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cryptocurrency markets and digital asset portfolio performance.
• Assess market, liquidity, and concentration risks.
• Analyze portfolio allocation, diversification, and drawdowns.
• Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and DeFi protocols.
• Develop risk metrics and portfolio monitoring reports.
• Evaluate tokenomics, liquidity conditions, and counterparty exposure.
• Identify portfolio vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support asset allocation and portfolio optimization decisions.
• Track market developments and relevant regulatory changes.
• Present research findings and risk assessments to stakeholders.
