Grup Montaner is seeking a Booking Manager to handle luxury villa enquiries in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, delivering a premium guest journey from first contact to booking completion.

The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly organized, and skilled at building relationships with international VIP clients, using CRM systems and booking platforms to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Formación

• Experience within luxury hospitality, villa rentals, tourism, events, or premium sales environments.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital tools.

At Grup Montaner, we are currently recruiting a Booking Manager for one of our clients, a company specialising in the rental of exclusive luxury villas in Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona). We are looking for a commercially driven, highly organised and service-oriented Booking Manager to manage villa rental enquiries, maximise booking conversions and deliver an exceptional experience to international guests. This role goes far beyond processing reservations. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, confidently engage with high-net-worth clients, convert enquiries into bookings and take ownership of the guest journey from first contact through to completion.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for guiding clients from their first enquiry through to booking confirmation, delivering a premium experience while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
• Upsell additional services and tailored guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate booking records, contracts, and client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support pricing and revenue optimization strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international and VIP clientele.
• Additional languages such as French or Dutch.
• Knowledge of the luxury travel, hospitality, or events sector.

What We Offer

• Fixed salary of €30,000 - €35,000 gross per year, plus annual performance-based commission linked to revenue targets.
• Structured work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm, with the possibility of one remote working day per week.
