Grup Montaner is seeking a Booking Manager in Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona) to support a client specialising in exclusive luxury villa rentals. You will guide international guests from first enquiry to final booking, delivering a premium experience and driving occupancy.

The role focuses on relationship building, proactive follow-up, and revenue optimization, with a structured schedule and one remote day per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage villa rental enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Convert leads into bookings through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
• Upsell additional services and tailored guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate booking records, contracts, and client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
