Job summary

Obramat España is seeking a Sales Assistant/Replenisher to support the store team in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You will maintain product placement, manage stock, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate has at least three months of retail experience, speaks customer service, and lives in the province of the vacancy with access to transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of three months as a sales assistant/replenisher in a distribution/retail company.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility of traveling to the store with your own vehicle or public transport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make suggestions for improvement to better respond to customer needs.
• Maintain your section focusing on the placement, replenishment and signage of merchandise.
• Manage the stock of the section according to your Manager's instructions.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.
