Job summary

OBRAMAT, líder en distribución de materiales para reformas y construcción, busca un/a responsable de tienda en Andalucía para dirigir el equipo y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, así como el desarrollo de resultados en el sector materiales.

Reportando al Director de Tienda, serás parte del Comité de Dirección y gestionarás acciones comerciales, stock y eficiencia en compras, asegurando un servicio de calidad y el cumplimiento de políticas de la empresa.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos de venta.
• Capacidad para mejorar la atención al cliente y los resultados.
• Conocimiento de procesos de compra y reposición de stock.

Responsibilities

• Guiar y desarrollar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos de ventas.
• Garantizar condiciones de seguridad y salud en el equipo.
• Gestión de compra y rotación de stock del sector asignado.

For this, the talent of our teams is our main pillar. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? You will report to the Store Director and be part of the Management Committee. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the development of results in the materials sector (partitions, ceilings, insulation, sandwich panels, waterproofing...) by leading your team, fulfilling commitments to the customer regarding price, stock, and purchasing efficiency. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.
• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.
• Adapt, plan, and carry out Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Store Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector Families.
• Encourage sales, customer reception and service by the team, and competitor monitoring.
• Manage the procurement for your Sector and ensure adequate stock rotation.
