Obramat España is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for its Madrid area stores. You will deliver excellent customer service, contribute to sales growth, and ensure the store section is well-stocked, labeled, and organized.

You will support a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment, with rotating full-time shifts. A valid Type B driver’s license and own vehicle are highly valued to assist with store operations and outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a salesperson in distribution/retail
• Experience leading teams is highly valued
• Product knowledge is highly valued
• Previous experience in customer service
• Type B driver's license is indispensable and own vehicle valued

Reporting to the Sector Head, your mission will be to contribute personally to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
