OBRAMAT España busca un perfil dinámico para cubrir funciones de atención al cliente y venta en tienda. Tus tareas incluyen garantizar un servicio correcto, reposición y señalización de mercancía, y colaborar con operaciones comerciales para responder mejor a las necesidades de los clientes.

Requisitos: al menos 3 meses de experiencia como vendedor-reponedor en distribución/retail y experiencia en atención al cliente. Residir en la provincia de la vacante.

Qualifikationen

• Garantizar un correcto servicio al cliente y venta según el Plan de Ventas.
• Colaborar e implementar operaciones comerciales y proponer mejoras para responder a las necesidades de los clientes.
• Mantener la sección enfocada en colocación, reposición y señalización de mercancía.
• Gestionar el stock de la sección según indicaciones del responsable.
• Cumplir con la normativa de seguridad.
• Colaborar con el equipo dentro de los valores de la empresa.
• Participar en la vida de la tienda y hacer que el proyecto de la empresa cobre vida.

Reporting to the Sector Manager, you will have the mission of contributing yourself to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make suggestions for improvement to better respond to customer needs.
• Maintain your section focusing on the placement, replenishment and signage of merchandise.
• Manage the stock of the section according to your Manager's instructions.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.
• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project come alive.
