OBRAMAT solicita personal para tienda en Murcia, reportando al Sector Manager. Tu misión es contribuir a la satisfacción del cliente y al desarrollo de ventas, garantizando una experiencia de compra excelente: ¡Eres parte fundamental del equipo!

Las funciones incluyen atender al cliente, mantener la sección, gestionar stock, cumplir normas de seguridad y colaborar con el equipo dentro de los valores de la empresa.

Qualifications

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas en canal especialista.
• Conocimiento de la zona y de marcas líderes.
• Residir en la provincia de la vacante y desplazarse al store por vehículo particular o transporte público.

Responsibilities

• Atención al cliente y ventas según el plan de ventas.
• Colaborar e implementar operaciones comerciales y sugerir mejoras para satisfacer mejor las necesidades del cliente.
• Mantener la sección con colocación, reposición y etiquetado de mercancía.
• Gestionar el stock de la sección según las indicaciones del/a Supervisor/a.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad.
• Colaborar con el equipo dentro de los valores de la empresa.
• Participar en la vida de la tienda y hacer que el proyecto de la empresa cobre vida.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute personally to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience: YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make suggestions for improvement to better meet customer needs.
• Maintain your section focusing on the placement, replenishment, and labeling of merchandise.
• Manage the stock of the section according to your Manager's instructions.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with your team within the company's values.
• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project live.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Solid experience of at least 1 year in sales in the specialist channel or in the installation of our products.
• Knowledge of the area and leading brands.
• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the store by private vehicle or public transport.
